East Kryta Solo Monk
This monk can Solo the early Krytan missions. As opponents are almost exclusively undead, so holy damage is doubled. Can also fight his way solo to Bergen and from there to ToA.
Loot: runes (going from Bergen also golden), cloth, tanned hyde and leather squares from armor. Glittering Dust and bones drop. Non-max golds. Some dyes (at least up to update last week, then amount felt diminished).

Weapons:
I use Shen's Censure (+1 smite, 20% HSR) and a collectors smiting wand with light damage and another 20% HSR, meaning 1 in 3 smite spells recharges faster.
smiting staff with +5 E/ +20% enchant should be possible.
Armor:
Ascetics or comparable.
Usage:
You can take on groups of 6 confidently. Unless there are interrupters or Mergoyles, open with Banish, then Shield of Judgement.
Use the 3 smite spells wisely, because recharge time is a problem.
Banish after the update is +100% vs minions *2 (vs undead), that's a whooping ~200 against any minion.
Spear of Light timed correctly is another ~200 against attacking undead, while Holy Strike is ~200 against melee undead just knocked down from your SoJ. Use the long range spells to reduce or kill distant fighters first.
SoJ deals good damage and helps reduce your life loss by knocking attackers down. Use this time to kill the most dangerous attackers.
While SoJ is on let it do the last strike. Wand light damage can also finish an undead of really fast. Healing Breeze counters the rangers' poison; healing touch is the most efficient self heal.
Several comments on tactics:
With Mergoyles use shatter hex and no SoJ or breeze. They are low level enough to pose no real threat. Run up close to them fast and shatter their hex on you; otherwise spam your spells. Beware of Spirit Shackles and just cast then, don't wand; they can't kill you if you keep your nerves.
2-3 Ettins can be killed that way, but it is tedious.
Undead: Try to evade death nova with side stepping if possible, and be careful if approaching a Necro for the killing touch. Rank enemies. Necrotic Horseman has top priority, because his "Barbs" together with a growing minion army overwhelm you otherwise. After that, Hellhounds, Monks and Minion masters come next. Mesmers, Sorcerers and Rangers after that, and Grasping ghouls as touches are ready.
Hex removal is for Barbs only, as it raises physical damage to you to unbearable levels fast.
Mesmers use fragility and conditions, you must just kill them fast and heal against the damage. Undead mesmers don't shatter enchants, .
Smoke Phantoms are no undead, they don't receive double damage. While they can be fought, better kill other undead first to ease the presure.
Skill comments:
Using Smite instead of spear of light swaps faster recharge in exchange for higher energy costs, making longer fights harder. Maybe possible together with channeling instead of mend condition (which is mostly for convenience), but probably not worth it.
